All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment verification.

Shipping Rates and Times:

For orders within Metro Manila, a flat shipping rate of ₱300 applies. Orders destined for provinces outside Metro Manila will incur a flat shipping rate of ₱500.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons. We aim to provide the most accurate estimates possible.

Undeliverable Packages:

In the event of an undeliverable package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure the delivery address is secure.
