Regular Clean (₱445)

Regular Cleaning is perfect for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of your shoes on a regular basis. This service is suitable for lightly soiled shoes and those that require routine maintenance.

I. ASSESSMENT

- All items for cleaning service will be assessed first by our specialists. Photographs of the sneaker will be taken for documentation purposes.

II. TURNAROUND TIME

- The standard cleaning process will take at least 3 to 10 days, depending on the condition of the shoes and the extent of the work required. We will notify you as soon as the job is done.

III. LIMITATIONS

- Due to the delicate methods that will be done, not all marks, dirt or stains will always be removed. Especially, if they are ingrained or have been left without treatment for extended periods of time. Dyes may not be colourfast and some degree of color-loss may occur.

Clients will be advised if some stains and grimes are not removable at the cleaning stage and may require restoration work to be at desired state.

Restoration of "yellowing' or oxidation of rubber parts is not part of the service.

IV. LIABILITIES

- All sneakers will be treated with utmost care during custody. Necessary steps are being followed to ensure delivery of service without compromising the item's condition. However, despite the necessary precautions being followed, there will be instances wherein items may incur damages during the cleaning stage due to age, current condition of the shoe, etc.

The Valley Store will not be held liable to any damages incurred during this stage.

All unclaimed pairs within 60 days, will be disposed of or donated to charities.
